But no level of achievement could offset the feeling that I was behind or not doing enough. The immigrant instinct to work harder opened many doors, but it also came at the cost of my health and relationships, teaching me to survive, rather than thrive. Today, through ATTICA (All The Things I Care About), I help high-achieving professionals reclaim calm, clarity, and freedom. My approach blends trauma-informed coaching, cultural and family sensitivity, and training in Asian Leadership and Asian American experiences.
