I absorb new information with ease and can work comfortably on high and low level project goals and deadlines. The customer experience as a whole, the efficiency and food safety of the production line, the specifics and documentation of metrics are all cornerstones to my success as a manager and chef. My 14 years of customer service experience have flourished my interpersonal and detail-oriented skills. I know what it takes to put in the time and attention necessary to sustain high quality and integrity within a company, and encourage the employees under me to do the same. My experience in administrative positions and years in management roles has molded me into a proactive and imaginative leader with high-level problem solving skills, sound knowledge in creating documentation for protocols, food safety and project management, all while maintaining an “owner-oriented” mentality and the business's long and short term goals guiding the way.
