About Amanda Marte

As a compassionate social work professional, I am dedicated to promoting employee well-being and productivity through employee engagement initiatives and positive workplace culture. With expertise in program management, counseling, and community engagement, I have developed a skill set that includes solution-focused interventions, interpersonal communication, program development, and cross-functional collaboration. My experience as a school adjustment counselor, program director, and in-home clinician has equipped me with the tools to manage emotional wellness and behavior, develop and document personalized social/emotional counseling goals, and integrate therapeutic techniques to support clients in achieving their goals and improving overall well-being. I am skilled at facilitating active ongoing dialogue with employees regarding race, diversity, equity, and inclusion and have successfully organized and planned monthly team meetings to create a safe space for open communication and collaboration. My experience in developing joint programming, identifying sustainable partnership strategies, and enhancing suicide assessment and treatment policies and procedures demonstrates my ability to collaborate with team members, managers, and external partners to address organizational needs and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. With a strong commitment to DEIB initiatives, employee mental health, and employee retention, I am confident in my ability to promote a positive workplace culture that supports employee well-being and productivity.
