My skills have been developed in various industries, through a variety of roles that have been operational in all areas of the business including front and back offices. I excel in my ability to lead people through various integrated change programmes that balance the core business needs with the specific development of the individual. My experience is dealing with significant operational and change initiatives including managing areas of up to 250 people compliments my valuable experience in the planning and embedding of cultural and functional change management. I enjoy the opportunity to engage customers and people and the freedom to introduce improvements that will further enhance the business deliverables of customer excellence by putting the customer at the heart of everything we do. I am dynamic and outgoing an believe that clear stakeholder management, understanding the needs of both internal and external customers and a collaborative approach is the best method to exceeding any given objective.
