Background

About Amanda Polich

I’m a human-centered executive with experience leading account management teams, sales teams, and nonprofit organizations through times of rapid change. My focus has always been clear: serve the mission, whether that’s helping clients succeed with technology or strengthening the communities we support. I believe the best leaders act as coaches, guiding with empathy, compassion, and a bias for action. I thrive at connecting big-picture strategy with sharp execution, and I’ve learned that consistent presence and follow-through, because as they say 95% of success is showing up, is what builds trust and drives results. I’m passionate about both the business of business and the people side of business. By combining emerging technologies like AI with the power of cross-functional collaboration, I believe we can unlock extraordinary results. At the end of the day, I’m here to help people and companies win with grace, grit, and the conviction that when we do good work, we make good things happen. And in order to innovate we need to elevate others and make them feel seen and valued. amandapolich@gmail.com
