About Amanda Sarich

If you asked my colleagues what my greatest strengths are as a GM and Business Development Leader, they would say I am great with people, a builder at heart, and fiercely loyal. For the past 12 years, I have been creating, launching, and optimizing brick-and-mortar retail spaces and wine bars for a high-end olive oil franchise. I have moved up swiftly in the company, progressing from AGM to GM to Business Development Director of 10 new franchises where I play coach to incoming GMs (while managing our new flagship store). I am proud to have been a part of transforming the company from a regional retailer into a national franchise of hybrid restaurant-retail stores that constantly rein in new customers. I can work with anyone, and I can build cohesive Sales, Service, and Operations teams that are engaged, productive, and personable and have picked up the complex landscape of the wine industry, navigated the legal and political aspects of franchisor-franchisee alliances, and mastered new SaaS technologies to implement them for our stores. I appreciate the opportunity to engage our customers and enjoy thinking about what customers need and want and then delivering beyond those expectations. I suppose you could say I bring a hospitality approach to my work as a Business Development Director and Regional Director.
