About Amber Keating

As part of a small marketing team, at the Citizens Theatre I manage our digital communications, responsible for creating and commissioning content to accompany shows and community projects. Day to day, I manage our social channels as well as digital ads through social and Google Adwords. Part of our major redevelopment project we are working towards a new digital platform for the redeveloped historic theatre. It has been a fantastic opportunity to build on my experience as part of the opening team for V&A Dundee. During my time as Digital Producer at V&A Dundee I was part of the small digital team at the newly opened museum, together we’re responsible for all digital delivery across Scotland’s first international design museum.I have a particular passion for storytelling and UX design: using design, technology and content to create and improve experiences within a product or service.My digital interaction design degree explored ways in which technology could feed into museum interactions and family learning within cultural environments.
