Clifton Strengths Strategic | Positivity | Input | Ideation | Achiever I have spent the early part of my career developing and improving relationships with one of the nation's leading providers in Early Childhood Education. I turned a center performing at a below-average rate into one of the company's fastest-growing facilities in the Indianapolis market. I drove results by improving engagement with customers and employees and delivering high-quality, nationally accredited programming. As an Assistant Director, I supported the Center Director in all duties while adding my insight and creative ideas. As a Center Director, I implemented more of my thoughts, which quickly increased its growth. My philosophy is that great leaders are great listeners. Although I loved working with families and teachers, I was ready to change my career direction and cast my net for new opportunities for growth and development. My next opportunity brought me to Brownsburg Parks. Being a member of the senior management team has enabled me to branch out into the administration of recreational activities and park developments that positively impact the community we serve. Early on, this department has allowed me to be a thought leader and use my professional creativity to make positive changes. I love this:"Creativity is just connecting things. My husband and I enjoy spending our time teaching recreational scuba together!
