About Ambreen Molitor

With over 12 years of experience in product and innovation, I lead the equity-based innovation portfolio and budget at Planned Parenthood Federation of America, the nation's leading provider and advocate of high-quality, affordable health care for women, men, and young people. I work with the Chief Innovation Officer, the Strategy team, and the board leaders to identify and deliver impactful solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our diverse and growing customer base. I manage a cross-collaborative team of product managers, designers, developers, innovation leads and researchers, and foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and learning. I have also overseen the expansion and launch of new products and services, such as the abortion service locator web app, Roo, our award-winning chatbot, Spot On, our period and birth control tracking app, and bansoff.org, our online resource to fight abortion bans. As the organization's official HealthTech spokesperson, I represent Planned Parenthood in various events and platforms on topics like AI, and advocate for responsible and ethical technology that advances reproductive health and rights. I am interested in working with future-facing brands that build inclusive, impactful, and sustainable products.
