About Amelie Dormal

Amélie started her career in 2006 and has since worked on a broad brand of HR Transformation projects. She started working for Accenture in the technology area, mainly on SAP HR implementation projects (OM/PA and LSO). Amélie has international experience as she had the opportunity to work on a 1 year SAP HR implementation project between UK, Germany and Hungary. Amélie joined Deloitte in 2009 where she could enlarge her SAP HR skills (Performance Mgt, Competency Mgt, CATS) but also start focusing on HRT Strategy and Operations (Talent, Learning and Development, Competency Mgt, Change Mgt) allowing her to have a larger view on what HR Transformation really is. Amélie joined GCP Consulting in 2014 where she can apply and improve her Project Management and Change Management skills (impact analysis, training, communication, build leadership.) mainly on implementation projects. Amélie is known as being result-oriented, hard worker, reliable and having good communications skills.
