From co-governance in non-profits to financial transformations to internships in gaming, my career has one throughline: making transformation human. At Behaviour Interactive, I design campus and internship experiences that go beyond the ordinary; building programs where students and early talent feel supported, challenged, and inspired to grow in one of the most creative industries in the world! Previously, as a Change Management Consultant at KPMG, I supported large-scale organizational shifts in complex sectors like banking, helping teams move through change with clarity and confidence. Before that, I spent three years in the non-profit world, leading initiatives rooted in equity, co-governance, and amplifying marginalized voices. What connects these experiences is a belief that transformation isn’t just about systems, strategies, or structures. It’s about people, their potential, their voices, and the cultures they shape. My mission is to bridge strategy and empathy, creativity and structure, people and possibilities, so that every transformation, whether corporate or creative, leaves people better than it found them.
