About Amira Farrah

I’ve always been someone who loves discovering and growing in different areas. For 11 years, I played music, and I danced for 5 years, both experiences that taught me discipline, creativity, and how to express myself. These passions, and handling so many things at once, have made me good at adapting to different situations. Professionally, I started with a background in Business Intelligence and Big Data Analytics, where I discovered my love for solving problems and turning data into meaningful insights. Over time, my journey shifted toward working with people, which is how I found my way into business development and global talent acquisition. I enjoy building relationships and helping others achieve their goals, whether it's connecting the right talent to the right opportunity or seeking growth for businesses. For 5 years, I was part of AIESEC, an experience that completely changed how I see the world and my role in it. I had the chance to lead, inspire, and create a positive impact on so many people, and it’s something I’m incredibly proud of. Now, my focus is on using everything I’ve learned, my technical skills, my people skills, and my love for growth to make a real difference wherever I go. At the end of the day, I’m driven by connection, curiosity, and the desire to keep learning. Whether it’s about people, data, or new challenges, I’m always excited to see where the next step will take me.
