SAP PP Functional Consultant Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP PP. Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements. Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements. Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs. Design, customize, configure and testing of PP. Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions. Document functional designs, test cases and results. Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements. Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects. Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team. Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members The Senior Production Engineer will formalize the Company’s production processes and procedures and strive for continuous productivity and quality improvements/enhancements. Documenting current production procedures and create Company standards to improve the efficiency of the Production Department Identify and implement continuous improvements to the Company’s production processes. Handling day to day purchase requisitions, negotiation, vendor finalization, Purchase Orders. Handled procurement of Production, Machine and marketing requirements also good knowledge of technical understanding on facility purchase including new, repair and maintenance etc.Sound knowledge of contract and legal terms and maintaining administrative tasks related to procurement agreements.Monitor the procure-to-pay process in terms of ensuring smooth approval to PR/PO, Note to approval, receiving and payment to suppliers.Resolve procurement administrative problems by analyzing information: identifying and communicating solutions asrequired.Collaborate with Quality Department to identify and implement ongoing quality improvements. Maintain knowledge and technical expertise of current production best practices tools and techniques and implement them in a reasonable and responsible manner. Develop and implement production processes for new products, product enhancements and product changes. Install related fixtures and tooling, as required. Develop and implement enhanced production testing of products Minimize overall production costs while maximizing productivity. Collect, analyze, summarize and present production and process data, information and trends to management.
