Having worked across British, Indian, and North American markets, I bring a multicultural understanding of workplace dynamics and performance challenges. My corporate background with organizations like Nestlé, KPMG, Indian Oil, Ujjivan Bank, and Maruti Suzuki has given me deep insights into business drivers and human capital development. I transitioned into Learning & Development to bridge performance gaps with targeted interventions and have since facilitated learning journeys that promote leadership, emotional intelligence, decision-making, and self-leadership. I’m a certified Train the Trainer and One-to-One Coach from Chardon Management (UK), currently pursuing ACC certification from ICF.
