With over 23 years of experience in the banking and financial services, I am now a product manager with a passion for enhancing and digitizing the customer journey for small savings investment products. I hold a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Diploma in Business Finance (DBF) from ICFAI University, and I have completed multiple certifications in AI and leadership from Coursera.As the Assistant Vice President of Product Management at Axis Bank, I am responsible for overseeing the product management, compliance, and performance of various products such as PPF, SSY, NPS, APY, and Pension. I work with various stakeholders to design and implement innovative solutions that improve customer experience, increase retention, and drive business growth. Some of my achievements include training the branch and sales resources, launching internal campaigns, facilitating CRM initiatives, and reducing onboarding errors. I also leverage my skills in MIS, process improvement, and analysis to provide insights and recommendations to the senior management.
