Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a consistent track record of driving efficiency, process improvement, and successful transitions. Currently, I am serving as the Senior Manager Controllership at Bristol Myer Squibb, leading and inspiring teams to achieve outstanding results. Playing a pivotal role in the implementation of SAP modules, significantly improving accounting, reporting, and compliance processes. Leading multiple automation and improvement projects that saved time and reduced company costs. Taking full responsibility for the remote transition of the Procurement Process (Buyer Role - IT Products) to an offshore location, ensuring a successful implementation. Education and Certifications I hold a PGDBA in Finance from Symbiosis University, Pune, and a B.Com. from Delhi University. Additionally, I am a Green Belt Certified for BPMS Project for Automation in R2R process and Lean Yellow Belt Certified for Automation in R2R process.
