As a Registered Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience, I'm dedicated to transforming mental health in Hong Kong and beyond. From my roles as a Clinical Psychologist to my election as President-elect of The Hong Kong Psychological Society (HKPS), I blend clinical expertise with visionary leadership to drive positive change.My journey began with advanced training at Temple University, Macquarie University, and the Hong Kong Correctional Services, fueling my passion for psychotherapy across all ages – tackling depression, anxiety, and family dynamics with evidence-based approaches. As a multilingual expert (fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin), I specialise in forensic psychology, providing expert witness testimony in Criminal, Matrimonial, and Coroner's courts. I've conducted psychological assessments that have influenced key legal outcomes, always prioritising ethical, culturally sensitive insights tailored to Hong Kong's diverse landscape.In policy, I've participated in shaping the future of mental health as a member of the Advisory Committee on Mental Health and the Mental Health Review Tribunal, advocating for better resources in geriatric care and community wellness. During my previous HKPS presidencies (2013-2014, 2017-2019), I led initiatives impacting thousands of professionals and clients, from ADHD assessments to innovative corporate wellness programs.What drives me?
