About Amy Brennan

I'm a highly organised and process-driven person with 8+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Navision (Classic and 2016) and 5 years with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains with proven ability to provide excellent customer service, translate technical information (CXML/JSON) for non-technical audiences, and create effective knowledge articles. I'm a strong team player with experience in compliance, contract management, and first-line support and am seeking a challenging role where I can leverage my skills and experience to contribute to the success of a dynamic organisation. I hold a degree in Geoscience and outside of work I retain a deep interest in geology and geoscience, particularly the history of geology and I am also an artist and writer, with strong interests and links with science fiction and fantasy authors, agents and editors in the publishing industry. I have 2 short pieces of fiction published to date and I am an editorial assistant and associate editor (slush reader) for Cast of Wonders, the young adult fiction podcast featuring stories of the fantastic which is part of the Escape Artist's Foundation.
