About Amy Parsons

I build product leaders and the environments that help them thrive. As Director of Product Management Practice, I am standing up and formalizing our Product Management function — establishing clear standards, defining our product operating model, and creating coaching frameworks that elevate how we discover, prioritize, and deliver value. My focus is developing high-performing PMs who think strategically, lead with clarity, and connect product decisions directly to business outcomes. I believe strong product organizations are built through intentional talent development — mentoring emerging leaders, strengthening product craft, and creating accountability with empowerment.Product excellence is not accidental. It’s designed — through clear expectations, shared language, disciplined discovery, and continuous learning. My goal is to leave behind a stronger product capability than I inherited.
