I am a young, understanding, confident person with an unwavering dedication to all I put my mind to. I recently decided to make a career change and step into the world of supply chain and automation. My past experiences have been instrumental in promoting essential skills, including effective teamwork, planning skills, problem solving skills and strong communication abilities. These skills have seamlessly translated into my current role at Milestone Projects. As the Executive Assistant at Milestone Projects, my responsibilities cover a diverse range of duties such as: Supporting Leadership: Working closely with our higher up’s, I provide any support they need to make strategic decisions and propel our business forward. Assistant Business Development Manager: I actively contribute to our business growth by helping to identify and create leads for our ever-expanding ventures. Procurement: I play a supportive role in the procurement team, ensuring smooth and effective operations. HR: My focus on the well-being of our team members includes providing a supportive environment and addressing any concerns or needs that may arise. As well as assisting with the onboarding of new members of our team. All done whilst adhering to policies and procedures set by both the company and the law. Administrative Roles: I handle various administrative tasks, from efficiently managing calendars and organising and attending meetings to ensuring the correct preparation and storage of reports and documentation.
