About Amy Rowley

Over the last 11 years, my role as specialist leader of SEND has empowered me to be at the forefront of dramatic strategic change. I am highly motivated to participate in leadership improvement and I am ambitious to achieve all expectations and targets. Since gaining my Forest School Leader qualification and National Award for SENCo’s, I have successfully played a major part in improving outdoor and SEND provisions, in numerous primary schools and EYFS settings. I have particular specialist knowledge of high quality Early Years inclusive provision, practice, leadership and management and have led two busy Foundation Stage units including Nursery and Pre-school rooms. I have the confidence to set high standards of success for all pupils and staff and deem an enthusiastic, consistent and positive approach. I am also always eager to explore new approaches within my work, through networking, research and continuing professional development.
