Do you need support with a specific HR matter, or thinking about outsourcing your HR? That's where I can help! At Precept, we are HR and Employment Law experts, here to support you with all sorts of challenges. You may choose to outsource your HR to us, or you may need advice on HR matters as they arise. My role within Precept enables me to support managers in achieving their people objectives, ensuring key stakeholders understand the value having HR support can bring.I enjoy getting to know the as-is state of teams before delving into the future potential and mapping out a plan with managers to enable them to thrive!I have experience with a wide range of ER cases, restructures, redundancies, performance management, manager training, org design and policies. Outside of the HR fun, I’m often spending time with family and friends or spending money on something house related! If you need advice with a one-off HR matter or would like to discuss longer term HR support, please get in touch!amy.shepherd@precepthr.com or 075784 18338
