About Amy Stanley

I have spent my entire professional career working in a forward-facing capacity, focused on providing services to others. My work in Early Childhood has allowed me to be an integral part of a child's life journey, which is an important responsibility. I am carefully organized, able to multi-task efficiently, and equipped to problem-solve issues as they arise. I have extensive experience in maintaining sensitive and confidential information, and I understand how to approach people and situations in a considerate and thoughtful manner. I value opportunities to work collaboratively with others, or on my own. I have been very successful as a leader and mentor because of my strong interpersonal skills, and communication is what fortified those advancements in my occupational resume. I am always seeking out new ways to coach and develop through knowledge and compassion. I work hard to foster a positive work environment that focuses on kindness, respect, and personal growth. Finding the best in others is extremely rewarding, showing them how to become the best versions of themselves. In addition to my experience in Early Childhood and Upper Administration, I previously spent 10 years as an operations Manager for a large corporate chain restaurant known throughout the world. The training I received offered me an opportunity to increase my own base of knowledge as it relates to P&L reports, adherence to budget requirements, and supervision of all front and back of house staff and responsibilities. I was part of opening a brand-new location, and responsible for hiring, training, and front-of-house guest experience. I have a background in Theatre. While I am most experienced in performance, directing and stage management are also skills I possess. I have performed in over 25 Community Theatre productions, and I have directed both youth and adults in various venues. The hands-on experience I received at Towson University ignited my passion for live performance, and my training influenced other parts of my career highlights and successes.
