About Anamika Bhadula

I enjoy interacting with the students on a day-to-day basis. My sense of Empathy & passion helps me to understand students' needs and form a better connection. To accomplish this, I work with students in small groups and one-on-one. I engage with children with a Learning disorder, Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and Anxiety issues. I Design IEPs (Individualised Educational Plan) which includes tailor-made strategies for each child and curate differentiated lesson plans in collaboration with Mainstream teachers, Parents, and Resident parents, Review IEP quarterly, Introduced & developed skill-building lesson plan, developed & implemented Nature’s corner lesson plan Throughout my career I have added multiple feathers to my cap, apart from being a Special Educator I am a Career & College Advisor for Middle school students- where I handhold them to carve a road for profile building for High-school, create and execute lesson plans, plan & organize interactive sessions with professionals for parents & students. Personal Project Supervisor and Core committee member- I prepared & delivered resources for Grade 10, in-house moderation of reports, and provided one-on-one & group guidance. Core committee member of the Model United Nation Conference (MUN) team and Lead for In-house MUN – Training students, planning, organizing, and executing the conference. Professional skills: Designing Individualised Education Plan (IEP), Using tools to equip learning- Immersive reader, screen reader, typing assistance, Understanding & Interpreting Psycho-educational reports, Student specific report writing, Creating Manipulative & Teaching Aids, Home support plans, Student specific report writing, Documentation student data, Curating & Modifying syllabus & Curriculum.
