I am a business development enthusiast with experience in growing companies across various industries, such as telco, the legal profession, IT software development, cement and minerals and shipping. I hold an MBA from INSEAD and a legal degree as a Danish attorney along with trainings in e.g, sales, negotiations and change management. As Vice President of Customer & Commercial Projects at Telenor Nordics, I lead a team of five business development directors and drive business development and strategic initiatives across Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Denmark. I have recently successfully negotiated and executed several deals, including a joint venture to build an OT cyber security software company and two financing arrangements for mobile handsets and customer premise equipment, totaling over 6.5 billion NOK. I am passionate about everything that can grow Telenor Nordics, recently exploring the commercial application of generative AI and developing physical retail best practices. My mission is to enable my company to achieve its growth and innovation goals in a competitive and dynamic market.
