Hey there! I’m Andra Bostic—a passionate educator, mom, and entrepreneur. After 13 amazing years in public education, I teamed up with my business partner Sarah to co-found Tailored Education and The Principal Exchange. Together, we’re on a mission to help schools, school leaders, and teachers—especially new teachers—thrive by providing customized professional development, resources, and strategies that make a real impact. Through our work, we help principals, district leaders, and teachers create supportive, effective school cultures, strengthen their teams, and put sustainable systems in place that let educators do their best work. We’re all about practical solutions, strong leadership, and making sure everyone—students, teachers, and school leaders—can succeed. Outside of the office, I’m living the mom life with my husband, Will, and our three kids—Sydney, Myleigh, and Mason. Balancing family, work, and all the things keeps me busy, but it’s always about finding ways to make it all work and help others do the same.
