As a passion driven professional with over 15 years of office experience, I am thrilled to step into my new role as Office Manager at Howard Bailey! We deliver a world class experience where the end result leads to the purpose in your life, and it is so fulfilling to help connect people to their dreams coming true. My previous role as the Director of Agent Services at Keller Williams Realty honed my skills in onboarding and training, where I played a key role in assisting growth within the company. I coordinated legacy dinners, managed earnest money, and led onboarding and offboarding processes. I also conducted technology training, assisted agents with ongoing support, and organized various company events that enhanced our culture. At Howard Bailey, I am moving forward with my commitment to support empowering individuals to achieve financial independence.
