After 35 years, I took early retirement from the Federal Government. People thought I was crazy, even me. My loved ones would say, “How could you give up your good government job?” Sheesh, I had the same thought. But, what made less sense was staying where I felt stifled and living below my greatness. Every day when I walked into work, I wore an invisible mask that covered who I really was because I didn’t feel valued. My place of employment no longer brought fulfillment and honored my values, and I realized that was no way to live. Enough was enough. With early retirement on the table, I took it. I decided to fix my life and build one more in alignment with my heart and soul. I motivate people to strive for bigger. Bigger visions for their life. A bigger impact on the world. A bigger legacy for their family. I am passionate about coaching women in that transitional space forward toward a life they’ve always WHAT I DO Getting clarity, understanding your purpose, and living a meaningful and exciting life isn’t that easy. We show you how to develop strategies to win in every new season of life. I became a certified life coach because I believe in the power that midlife women have to make to make a massive impact in the places they serve. I want every woman to find her place of significance and impact. I believe that what a woman has a heart for, she will give her heart to.
