As a District Manager at Mathnasium - KV, I oversee the operational, administrative, and fiscal management activities of 17 centers, ensuring that they achieve their top-line revenue targets and deliver quality education and service to their customers. With a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and 3.5+ years of experience in this role, I have developed strong skills in administration, team building, and administrative assistance, enabling me to effectively communicate and collaborate with the COO, Executive Director, and Center Managers.My mission is to support the continued growth of the company by creating succession plans for each center, streamlining the hiring process, and participating in local marketing events. I am also passionate about providing the best learning experience for the students, designing and monitoring their learning plans, and working with a small team to produce how-to videos and recordings of "Virtual Math Nights" during the pandemic. In recognition of my achievements, I won the "Rookie of the Year" award for the highest performing new center manager in 2019.
