More than 20 years in research, pre-clinical and clinical development from academia, biotech and big pharma has given a me deep knowledge of drug development strategy and execution. I have a broad R&D management experience profile including project management, people leadership, line management and external collaborations (academia, in- and out-licensing activities) within diabetes, inflammatory disease and drug delivery technologies. My leadership style is people oriented, which means I set patients’ need in focus of drug development and build teams where everyone is visible.
