About Andreea Hobeanu

I am currently working as a Senior Business Support Officer for the Adult Social Care Community within West Northamptonshire Council. The role involved managing and supporting the Business Support team members within Adult Social Care to ensure comprehensive support is provided and all administrative requirements are met. Responsible for workers across multiples teams and organising and assisting in the development of maintenance of business process. Monitoring business processes and budgets, liaising with Team managers and assisting meeting budgetary and organisational targets. Providing efficient response to requests to protect the property of clients in line with statuary requirements, maximising personal productivity, minimising duplication and errors; and managing information efficiently to reduce risk by taking a lead in the review of business processes and systems, producing proposal for change if necessary. Prior to being a senior, I was in the role of Business Support office. The purpose and impact of the role was to work within a comprehensive range of systems to provide a responsive service to customers and ensure the provision of timely and accurate information to relevant team members in support of the Care Pathway process. In 2023, I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree with Upper Second-Class Honours in Social Policy, Politics and Economics from the University of Birmingham. From February-May 2024 I have also expanded my skills and knowledge by being enrolled in and completing a 12-week Basecamp Skills Digital Marketing Bootcamp. Basecamp Skills offers a digital marketing course led by many industry experts such as Dominic McGregor, Amy Wild and Joanna Dennison, allowing the opportunity to gain comprehensive skills in areas such as Al, graphic design, PPC and marketplaces, organic and paid social content, SEO, web design, CRM, and brand identity.
