About Andressa Verrone

I have more than 9 years in the technology market, with a trajectory marked by implementation and leadership in technological platforms and project management focused on ServiceNow. I have CSA and CIS-PPM certifications from ServiceNow, and my specialties on the platform are ITSM, SPM, and ITOM. My mission is to continue to drive digital transformation, aligning technological strategies and project management with business objectives and customer needs, always focused on excellence and innovation using agile and hybrid methodology. I have 6 years of experience on the ServiceNow platform, where I worked through the entire ServiceNow pipeline, working as a developer, consultant, tech lead, product owner, engagement manager, and coordinator. I started my work in 2018 at Logicalis, as a support analyst and developer of the core and ITSM platform. I then migrated to a company specializing in ServiceNow, Aoop Cloud Solutions, where I was able to develop better on the ServiceNow platform in the ITSM, ITBM, and core modules, working as a Senior ServiceNow Consultant in several projects for clients such as Itáu, Vivo, BB Insurance, Localiza, Grupo Boticário, among others. Later I had the opportunity to be a Teach Lead and Squad Coach at Ambev Tech. In 2021 I was hired by the client Ambev to act as Tech Lead and Product Owner/Agile Master of ServiceNow in their squads, where I also exercised technical leadership, ensuring high-quality deliveries and promoting the professional development of the team. At the end of 2022, I had the opportunity to migrate to the company Vivo Telefônica in the role of Systems Coordinator. Coordinating a team of 20 employees, focusing on the ServiceNow platform, I led squads with agile practices in ITSM, CMDB, and ITOM management. I was responsible for leading the implementation of the platform together with ServiceNow and partners, I also acted as Product Manager/Project Manager with POs from other areas using the platform's best practices. In addition to managing the team with 1:1, feedback and PDI, I supported decisions and roadmap construction with executives.
