LEADERSHIP Close to 20 years of leadership experience with software, project, and data development teams in a variety of industries from aviation, government, retail, and transportation. TEAM BUILDING Building and nurturing high-caliber teams has been a cornerstone of my career that I've repeated several times now. At Northland Properties, I formed and guided an 11-person team of Project and Data professionals delivering numerous successful projects in that time. SOLUTION DESIGN I specialize in designing and implementing robust technical solutions. My role in designing and building a cloud-based Automated Passport System for YVR and the US Customs and Border Protection was a monumental success. At Northland Properties, I was instrumental in implementing a Central Reservation System and a corporate ERP and HRIS system, significantly enhancing operational efficiency. OPERATIONS From building operational processes for start-up businesses to establishing mission-critical support infrastructure to maintaining a global network of Border Control Kiosks relied upon by millions of travelers daily, I have the experience and mindset to support businesses of any size.
