With over 25 years of professional experience, I am a dedicated and motivated leader in community development. Serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Devonport Chaplaincy Inc, a non-profit organization offering chaplaincy, mentoring, and food relief services to our local community, I am deeply committed to our vision and values. My focus is on empowering and supporting our teams, employees, and volunteers to achieve both their individual goals and our collective objectives, thereby making a positive impact on the community. As CEO of Devonport Chaplaincy Inc, my role entails overseeing the implementation of our organisation's strategic plans, policies, and decisions. I ensure effective communication with the board, staff, and stakeholders while supporting the day-to-day operations of the organisation and its entities, including Loaves and Fishes Tasmania, Devonport Churches, and Community Mentoring Tasmania. Leveraging my skills in community development, volunteer management, and fundraising, I actively cultivate partnerships, collaborations, and networks with other organisations, churches, and individuals to secure resources and opportunities for our initiatives and community impact.
