I started my career staring at intelligence data in places most people never see, leading 44 soldiers through combat and intelligence operations as a Top Secret cleared Military Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Army. That experience taught me one thing above everything else: the best decisions are made by people who can turn raw information into clear, actionable intelligence FAST.That instinct followed me into higher education philanthropy.At the Texas A&M Foundation, I rebuilt the prospect research function from the ground up, moving it from traditional research methods to a modern intelligence model built on big data, behavioral signals, and systematic analysis. The result was a fundamentally different research operation: faster, more accurate, and aligned with how major gift fundraising actually works.Then AI arrived, and I went all in.Today I serve as the Foundation's AI Innovation Analyst, designing and deploying the AI infrastructure that powers how we fundraise, serve donors, and make decisions. In the past year, I've launched Foundation Agent and Foundation Secure Chat into organization-wide pilot, deployed Foundation Way Coach as a voice-enabled coaching tool for our fundraising teams, and am working on a Research & Fundable Ideas Agent — an agentic RAG system that takes the complexity of A&M's fundable initiatives (research, students, and faculty) into an intelligent, queryable partner. All of this runs on local GPU infrastructure I designed and deployed in partnership with HP and NVIDIA.I manage complex programs, communicate technical strategy to non-technical senior leaders, and build things that actually work in production — not just in demos.
