About Andrew Maybrook

Andrew Maybrook is a U.S. Foreign Service officer and specialist in leadership development. For over 30 years he has helped diplomats, organizational leaders, and teams significantly increase performance and achieve strategic goals. As a diplomat with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), Andrew has served in Hungary, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Afghanistan, Albania and Indonesia - specializing in strategy formulation, project design, resource management, and programs to strengthen democratic institutions and civil society. In addition to the Foreign Service, Andrew has provided highly effective leadership training, executive coaching, and performance analyses to global organizations including McKinsey and Co, Pfizer, Goldman Sachs, Citibank, and ABN AMRO Bank.Andrew has a M.A. degree in International Relations from George Washington University and a B.A. degree in International Studies from the University of Michigan. He is fluent in Hungarian and Russian languages and conversant in Albanian and Indonesian. Outside of work Andrew is a proud husband and daddy. When there is time he enjoys playing tennis, cooking, and cheering the Chicago Cubs.
