Andrew currently supports Icon across Australia and New Zealand on all their front end construction matters. This includes tender reviews, negotiations, project handovers and additional advisory support to the project teams.While working at Cushman & Wakefield, Andrew advised the Owner and Occupier Services area of the business. Leaning on his construction law experience, his key responsibilities included supporting the Project and Development Services team and the Facilities Management team.His work consisted of transactional front-end advisory and contractual reviews and negotiations within Australia and New Zealand. Some of the clients Andrew worked with included Defence, BHP and the Australian Tax Office.He was previously working at Elanor Investors Group advising the Hotel, Tourism and Leisure investment division, as in house counsel. Prior to this, Andrew worked in private practice as a construction lawyer at Holding Redlich in the front-end team, providing advice to government, educational institutions, developers and contractors.Andrew has also attained a wide breadth of commercial law experience, having worked on two legal secondments as in house counsel. This experience has ranged from first hand project experience acting for the principal, and also working for a multinational, publicly listed company working in the technology data centre space.
