About Andrew Regester

As the Sr. Manager of Program Quality & Training at Right At School, I oversee the development and delivery of high-quality learning programs for thousands of students and educators across the country. With a MA in Elementary Education and a BA in Acting, I combine my passion for teaching and creativity to design engaging and effective curricula and training materials that align with best practices and standards. My core competencies include learning management, communication, and coaching. I lead a team of talented and dedicated trainers who provide ongoing support and feedback to our staff and partners. I also collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure our programs meet the needs and expectations of our customers and communities. My mission is to create a culture of joy and excellence in education, where every child and teacher can thrive.
