About Andrew Renda

My goal is to continue my contribution to higher education in STEM related fields by promoting science and technology in society. I have a strong interest in educational development for college-level courses with experience assistant teaching at Penn State University and many additional mentoring roles. I received an M.S. in Biochemistry, Microbiology, and Molecular Biology and have a knowledgeable skill set for research and analytical thinking. Additionally, graduate school has provided me with experience in technical writing, which has become a valuable skill. I currently manage a team of content creators in the biological, chemical, and physical sciences at Pearson Publishing where we offer comprehensive video lessons covering a variety of college-level courses. As education begins to move towards an online experience, I plan to make major contributions towards the digital experience of higher education. My goal is to create the most impactful online learning experience that anybody is able to use as they continue their educational development.
