Based in Honolulu, HI, and originally from Los Angeles, I am a filmmaker, photographer, musician, and educator deeply committed to empowering individuals with disabilities. At Yes I Can Unity Through Music & Education, I've significantly contributed as an instructor and production manager, leading students to produce the Good Karma Music & Arts Festival. This role blends my passions for education and production, highlighting my dedication to enabling individuals with disabilities to excel in the arts. Previously, I spent over seven years with Inclusion Films in Bakersfield, CA, where I trained adults with disabilities for film industry careers. Serving as cinematographer for "Carol of the Bells," a feature film pioneering in its representation of disabled talent, remains a career highlight. I also served as cinematographer for the feature documentary "Let's Work". Innovation is at the core of my work, particularly in developing AI-based solutions to enhance the lives of people with disabilities. As the founder of Spectrum Beam, I specialize in custom LED lighting, marrying my technical expertise with a creative vision. My global travels, capturing landscapes and events, enrich my portfolio with diverse interviews, films, documentaries, and photography. As fervent admirer of vintage lighting, cameras, and musical instruments, I blend historical appreciation with modern innovation in my artistic endeavors. I strive to merge technology, art, and education, aiming to inspire and empower, especially those often overlooked. My work is a testament to excellence, innovation, and inclusivity.
