I have experience with Office 365, Active Directory, Azure and Microsoft Exchange Administration to establish user permissions, Shared Mailbox administration, and enforcing Cyber Security best practices and standards within the day to day operations of one of the most dynamic and exciting businesses in Canada. I've participated in multiple restructuring projects to ensure failover for both System and Network Administration teams, as well as having a pivotal role in asset management through SCCM, Entra ID and Jamf platforms. Extensive experience with user issue triage and intake with a focus on organization, proper documentation and building quality relationships with users to ensure they always feel like they can rely on the IT community at MLSE.
