About Andrew Simmons

I am a dedicated professional who has spent over 15 years developing leadership skills in myself and others. I have worked for good bosses and bad bosses. The major difference between the two is that my good bosses were also good leaders. That's who I am and who I believe everyone can be.GREAT LEADERS. Great leaders are made. That is why I love that I have the opportunity to create unique content and leadership programs that inspire, ignite, and educate leaders from all stages of their careers and personal lives. Most of all I believe we all have the right to access the content that can help us achieve our maximum potential no matter what our socioeconomic background, race, creed, religion, sex, orientation, gender, identity, or disability. I love to push myself in my own academic pursuits. I have a Master of Business Administration, Master of Education - Instructional Design, and a Bachelor of Science Business Administration - Human Resource Management all from Western Governors University (I love that school! Go Night Owls!). Fun Fact, I also attended Johnson County Community College and studied Theatre. Aside from the formal educational system I also have several other certificates/liscenses: State of Florida Real Estate Salesperson Co-Creative Coach Executive Coach Organizational Development Coach DiSC Certified Facilitator The Leadership Challenge Certified Trainer and it all started with.State of Florida Notary of the Public From this breadth of experience, I have found the most important thing, for me, is that I stay true to my values in all that I do. As long as I can continue to LEARN in a space that is fair and EQUITABLE, then TRUTH and JUSTICE will always prevail, but we must give each other a little GRACE. I hope that one day this will be my LEGACY.
