Experienced Project Manager with over 8 years’ experience in Government Sector, further supplemented with over 11 years’ experience within other Management positions. Project Management positions undertaken as a contractor for challenging projects with tight deadlines and teams unused to change, and I have acquired good stress management skills due to this. All positions on fixed term contracts to tight deadlines. Proven track record of achieving deadlines, delivering within the budget constraints across multiple work streams, and organisation of departmental restructures as and when required. Worked closely alongside stakeholders, and business clients to achieve the best project outcomes, whilst also performing cost benefits analysis ensuring continued engagement from the business throughout the life cycle of the projects. Produced Initial briefs, Business cases, business plans, defined processes, created user documentation, evaluated new vendors: produced risk logs and milestone reports for stakeholders, whilst also managing the project teams.
