About Andrew Veiga

With 15 years of experience in the video game industry, I have filled a variety of positions in the field both behind the scenes and in front-facing titles. Most recently, I have been an Associate Producer, having also been Production Manager, at Reflector Entertainment. I have spent time in customer service and public relations, motion capture, user research, and much of my time in quality assurance; development tester, outsource tester, localization tester, live game tester, project coordinator, project manager, and compliance and certification manager. During this time, I have learned how to correctly navigate problem-solving and mediation, how to successfully lead teams, gained organisational and responsibility skills, while always striving for the best for a team, both as a team member, but as a leader as well. I have always used courtesy and respect, while remaining open-minded, and to know how to defend arguments. I love collaborating with others, and seeing success come from the hard work any team I take part of or lead. The video game industry is the one I know and love the best, and it will remain my passion for the entirety of my career. As difficult as the last few years have been, I could not call any other industry my own. I am a game developer and player.
