I am an accomplished, adaptable and talented Chartered Manager possessing extensive Logistics, Technical Stores and Supply Chain management knowledge and expertise, gained initially during a successful military career, now delivering in a Stores and Logistics Management Role in aviation, supporting a Business Aviation Part 145 MRO operation in Germany. I am confident and versatile possessing a wealth of Leadership and management experience and knowledge, as well as the technical ability to deliver effective technical stores, inventory, supply chain and logistics management solutions, coupled with the capability of supporting operations across the globe. I excel in analysis, planning and organisation, which has amongst other things allowed me to manage projects which delivered improvements in performance, successful transitions from manual to electronic inventory management systems, plan and execute the transfer of an entire engineering stores operation between two international airport sites and deliver processes and procedures which allowed for robust governance and assurance of logistic operations. Highly focused and comitted, I am able to develop and maintain strong working relationships at all levels of seniority, both with external organisations and with internal personnel, and in turn develop mentor and motivate teams towards the successful achievement of shared objectives. I have gained specific and detailed understanding of developing, nurturing and delivering projects to bring safe, business-centred and successful results and employed the use of a range of key methodologies including Just In Time and Lean concepts in challenging locations. I have proven to be exceedingly resourceful with a proven track record of business enhancement. and I possess both maturity and balance, which fosters a good work ethic. I am currently employed and reside in Germany, however, I remain interested in challenging and exciting Supply Chain, Technical and Engineering and Logistics management opportunities around the globe.
