Throughout my career, I have been responsible for driving business growth, improving efficiency, reducing costs, and supporting digital transformation initiatives—such as designing and implementing workflow automation, developing knowledge management systems, and leading process audits. My background includes business development, sales support, customer service management, and the practical rollout of digital solutions (SharePoint, CRM, BPMN, process mapping).
