I have a passion for application support, particularly in providing quality solutions for executive clients with demanding deadlines. I am known for quickly perceiving the interactions, and pressure points, of complex IT systems; developing proactive partnerships, facilitating rapid problem resolutions, ensuring future reliability by driving forward practical change implementation, and most simply getting the job done. I’ve worked with many multinational partners over the past three decades - leading application support teams in maintaining the health and stability of tier 1 production applications; focusing on client-centric solutions, and striving for long term stability and reliability- facilitating teamwork, and mentoring team members in order to direct their energy to efficient service methods, client focused attitudes, and excellence in execution and resolution- fostering a desire to succeed within the team, and communicating the need to exceed expectations whilst adhering to corporate guidelines, and ensuring organizational goals are met. In addition, my portfolio includes maintaining thorough communication channels to management both in the form of regular one-to-one and group updates, alongside comprehensive problem reports, analysis, and postmortems. I am able to lead a multi-centered (including remote) diverse team, investing in the future by developing talent, and adopting organizational, and regulatory standards, to ensure sustained production resilience, and maximize efficiency and value.
