About Andy Capjon

For practically all my working life I have been involved with data, and it's management and interpretation. Whether it's collecting millions of pounds in insurance premiums, analysing sales and prospect data to focus sales staff, or interpreting social care activity to identify key trends and process weaknesses, I have always been playing with data. As a consequence I have developed strong analytical and ICT skills and knowledge, and have learnt to be adaptable to meet changing needs and requirements. I have often been called upon to manage projects, ranging from Business Intelligence implementations, product development, to process improvement. Having been regularly required to make presentations to all levels of management I am a confident public speaker with good listening and written communication skills. I have often managed teams of staff, prioritising workloads and developing staff to achieve their full potential.
