A key contributor to my success in the workplace is my ability to leverage good people through effective use of referent power. I enjoy working with those with a growth mindset, working collaboratively to share knowledge, ideas and deliver solutions that create positive change. I believe in trying to appeal to people's sense of purpose and contribution. When good people are doing things for the right reasons with a level of trust in their leaders, this is when great things can happen.
