About Andy Giddings

Currently I am COO and Development specialist for the Business Development Group based in eastern Idaho. I have dedicated the past 11 years of my career to mainly hyper focus on furthering my education and building a skill set that makes me a most valuable asset within almost any business. I currently work closely with the Firearms industry, Medical industry, and high volume retailers and distributors. I use my unique ability to find the leaks or holes in a companies business model or supply chain or even personnel models. Once I help clients establish a priority list of what they need to change, add, or take away then the fun begins. I take these semi-broken (if not completely broken) companies and help them reform and grow into a bigger, stronger and most of all better business than they were before. I love the idea of small business, as the back bone of the U.S. economy is built primarily from small businesses. So for me to help not only these companies, but to also insure that they continue to grow and employ so many people, really lets me know that I am doing work that matters.
